Issue

The Security portion is not displayed under K2 Management > Designer > Designer Settings.

Symptoms

The account logged into the K2 Management site may not have sufficient permissions to modify at this access level.

Troubleshooting Steps

Ensure that the following applies to the user logged in:

  1. User has Admin rights 
    This may be set under Workflow Server > Server Rights of the K2 Management site.
  2. The user is a member of the Security Administrators role
    This may be set under Users > Roles of the K2 Management site.
