Objective

There may be a time that you need to remove a trailing character from your data field. For example, to remove ‘;’ from the Email list.

Before You Begin

You can use Left(), Length() Text Function and Formula Mathematical Function to perform this task.

How-to Steps

Please complete the following steps:

1. Execute Left Function setting Text, to the data field that needs to be removed.

2. Change the Length setting to the Formula Function (available in the Mathematical section).

3. Add Length Function -1 in the Formula field. 

4. Change Text to the data field that needs to be removed.
