Issue

The 'Populate list control' action which was removed, re-appeared under the 'When the View executed Initialize' rule.

Symptoms

‘Populate list control’ actions are added initially when you configure a list control. Users can remove those actions if they don't need them. Sometimes removed actions are added back automatically, which will cause issues on views/forms.

Troubleshooting Steps

After removing the action, if you re-configure the list control (i.e. change the data source), it will add the ‘Populate list control’ action back automatically to your 'When the View executed Initialize' rule.

It is recommended to disable ‘Populate list control’ actions in Initialize rules instead of removing them, when you don't need them. If you disable the 'Populate list control' action at the beginning, it will not re-appear when you do any modifications to the list control configuration.
