Cannot change 'From' address of Task notifications

Issue

When you change the 'From' address of Task notifications, task notification emails will always send as default 'K2 Service Account'.

Symptoms

This is by design. If you have SmartActions enabled, the From address will always be the K2 Service Account.

Troubleshooting Steps

A workaround for this issue is to disable SmartActions in your K2HostServer.exe.config. Then only will it change the "From" address in Task notifications.

If you cannot disable SmartActions in your environment, you will not be able to change the "From" address of Task notifications.
