HTML5 Workflow "Create Reference" disappears after editing the workflow

K2 HTML5 Workflow "Create Reference" gets removed after deploying and editing the first "Create Reference."



When clicking on the First Create Reference and double clicking on the white canvas, it breaks all associated Set Folios and Mail Events:



This was identified as a known issue in K2 5.1, which is resolved in the latest Fix Pack of K2 5.1: http://help.k2.com/kb002685
