Issue
The following error is encountered on K2 Workspace:
"A database error occurred : Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication."
Symptoms
The K2 service account is unable to connect to the SQL server from the K2 server.Troubleshooting Steps
Please check if there is any Antivirus or Firewall installed on the K2 server that might be blocking the connection to the SQL server.
