In some cases when using Deadlines and Working hours which are configured from K2 Management during runtime, the Deadline action is taken outside of the configured working hours.
Reminders use the default working hours configuration when it's not expected, especially when making use of repetitions and using the “before deadline” option.
Deadline ignoring Working Hours.
Reminders fire when not expected.
Toggle the working hours configuration and re-deploy the workfow.
Reminders use the default working hours configuration when it's not expected.
Reminders should not use working hours. This has been fixed in K2 Cloud Update 6 and will soon be fixed in K2 Five 5.1 Fixpack (Not yet released when this article was created.)
For the longer term Reminders working hours support will be added in the near future.
