SmartObject Service Tester displays blank content

When using the SmartObject Service Tester, it may display blank content in the tool:

Before You Begin

This could be caused by a missing server configuration in Server Properties.

How-to Steps

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Open Server Properties
Click Tools > Server Properties

2. Specify the correct Server Name and click the Test button. (If running the tool from the server, LOCALHOST can be used as well)

3. Click Ok

The SmartObject Service Tester should now work as expected.
