Issue

When changing the SQL Service instance on the SmartObject Tester to a different SQL Tenant the error below will be presented:

Symptoms

It was discovered that the K2 Service account that is utilizing the SQL Service instance has insufficient permissions on the new SQL Tentant.

Troubleshooting Steps

To correct this add the needed permissions on the SQL Tentant like db_owner on the related database.
