Error appears when clicking on the K2 for SharePoint App from SharePoint List/Library

You may see the following error when clicking on the K2 Application from a SharePoint list or library ribbon:

Thread 1: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it


The issue could be caused by incorrect proxy settings for the K2 Service account.

Troubleshooting Steps

To resolve this issue, please log into Internet Explorer with the K2 Service account and remove the incorrect Proxy Setting.
