Issue

The following error appears on the Event Viewer:
 

The K2.net 2003 Destination Queue SecurityLabel provider'' does not exist

Symptoms

 

 

The K2 Environment will get unresponsive due to high logging volumes on the Server. This error is raised due to resolving of Roles that are no longer part of any workflow.

Troubleshooting Steps

Execute the following SQL query against the K2 Database:

 

Use K2 --Change to your K2 Database Name

SELECT * FROM [Server].[DestQueue]
SELECT * FROM [Server].[DestQueueUser]

The results displayed on the query will need to be supplied on a ticket to K2 Support.

 

To resolve this issue, direct database modification will be required.
Please log a K2 Support Ticket on the K2 Customer Portal for assistance in resolving the issue. The results displayed on the query will need to be supplied on the ticket to K2 Support.
Do not modify any database definition or database content unless specifically instructed to do so by K2. No changes to the K2 Database definition or content are supported unless specifically instructed by K2.
