Issue

When executing the Start Sync on the SyncEngine it fails with the error below, due to an unresponsive domain Controller.

There is no such object on the server.
    at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind(Boolean throwIfFail)
    at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind()
    at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.RefreshCache

Symptoms

 This issue was noted in the table below, the SyncEngine was possibly executed incorrectly with the incorrect Domain details, or possible that the domain controller was not available.

SELECT * FROM [K2].[SyncEngine].[RunHistory]

Troubleshooting Steps

To get this resolved you will need to rerun the Sync Engine on the environment for that specific environment (Domain).

This can be done via K2 Management under the catogory below. Execute the following SmartObject to initiate the first Sync:
SystemSyncServiceOperationStart Sync

It is recommended to install the Latest May CU 2019 as there is performance enhancement on the New Identity service.
