Objective

How to allow only specific users in AD or AAD group to access K2 Designer.

Before You Begin

Before you begin, you will need to ensure that you have an AAD & AD Group configured and the member is added to the group.

How-to Steps

Follow these steps to configure access to K2 Designer:

The Security permissions does not override the permission on the everyone group as expected with an Active Directory Security Schema, the everyone group will need to be removed and the needed groups can be added.
