Issue

A single user receives the following error when accessing K2 SmartForms following a successful logon using their Azure Active Directory account:

K2TSTS10002: An error occurred while processing a WS-Federation sign-in response

This only occurs in Chrome. Internet Explorer and Edge is working correctly.

Symptoms

When accessing a K2 SmartForms URL, the page does not display. In the Chrome URL bar, an icon is displayed showing a tooltip: "This page was prevented from setting cookies."

 

 

Troubleshooting Steps

The issue is caused when the Chrome browser is set to block Cookies. Verify Chrome's Cookie related setting in Settings > (Expand Advanced section) Site Settings > Cookies and site data.

Ensure "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)" is enabled and "Block third-party cookies" is disabled.
