Issue
The following error may be encountered when trying to enable REST API endpoint:
“Could not refresh services, try again?”
Symptoms
The issue could be caused by an incorrect value for HostName and/or HostPort in web.config of the Rest Service Api located in [Install Folder]WebServicesApiWorkflowV1 or [Install Folder]WebServicesApiWorkflowPreview depending on which API Version is selected.
Troubleshooting Steps
In this example, the value of the HostPort is incorrect. Correcting the value of HostPort to the correct port for your environment will resolve the issue.
