Issue Description
A user account may be disabled in the K2 database after requesting user or group details and the provider returns a null value.
Error Message
The following error message is visible in the hostserver log file:
“Error: An identity for the user [Label:DomainUsername] could not be found”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP1 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP1 to apply the fix.
