Issue Description
When filtering on an empty field in a User Manager SmartObject, such as the Active Directory Service 2 SmartObject, an error occurs.
Error Message
The following error message is displayed: “Message: The (&(objectClass=user)(objectCategory=person)(objectSid=*)(!samAccountType:[Type]:=3)(!userAccountControl:[UAC]:=2)(mail=)) search filter is invalid.; ServiceName: ADService2; ServiceGuid: [GUID]; InnerExceptionMessage: ; "
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP5 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP5 to apply the fix.
