The K2 blackpearl service stops intermittently on the execution of SmartObjects, no errors are logged.
The issue was caused by the K2 Transaction Rollbacks which did not function correctly.
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
- Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP1 from Regional Support.
- Install K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP1 to apply the fix.
