Issue Description
The K2 blackpearl service stops intermittently on the execution of SmartObjects, no errors are logged.


Cause
The issue was caused by the K2 Transaction Rollbacks which did not function correctly.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP1 from Regional Support.
  4. Install K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP1 to apply the fix.
