When using worklist criteria filters in the Management Worklist API to view worklist items with an Open status, no items are returned.
There is no error message. Items with the Open status are not returned.
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
- Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP7 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP7 to apply the fix.
