When the Managed Users Worklist option is enabled in K2 Workspace and the manager attempts to view a user’s worklist, no user is returned to select and the user’s worklist cannot be viewed.
The manager name which requested the Managed Users was not translated to a distinguishedName value which caused the search query to return no results.
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
- Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP8 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP8 to apply the fix.
