Code Fix: Unable to view comments and attachments in K2 View Flow

Issue Description

When adding comments or attachments to a worklist item and saving or updating the worklist item, opening the K2 View Flow will not display the comments or attachments.

Error Message

An XML unexpected Token error may occur due to K2 View Flow web services not being reachable.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Download and install the K2 4.7 August 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 August 2017 Cumulative Update FP4 from Regional Support.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 August 2017 Cumulative Update FP4 to apply the fix.
