Issue Description

When you execute the Get List Items method on a K2 for SharePoint SmartObject with a filter for multiple users in a multiple user column an error is presented.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904”


When filtering list items in SharePoint and passing in [Column Value 1;Column Value 2] to a multiple user field, SharePoint raises the HResult error.


  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP30 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP30 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
