Issue Description

When configuring an Email event or User Task notification email with non-English characters, the format of the email sent is incorrect. Using SmartFields in the Email event or notification email will also display incorrectly.


  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP8 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP8 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
