Code Fix: When opening a subform in Chrome on an iPad, the positioning is incorrect

Issue Description

When you open a subform in Chrome on an iPad, the subform incorrectly opens in the top corner of the parent form and you must scroll up to see the subform.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Download the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP30 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP30 to apply the fix.
  5. Refresh the browser cache.
  6. When opening a subform in Chrome on an iPad, it will now be positioned in the center of the screen.
