When a K2 workflow task was assigned to a role as the destination, and the role is not configured to be resolved to users, an administrator user is unable to release an opened task from K2 Management > Worklist.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP2 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP2 to apply the fix.
When the administrator user selects a task from K2 Management > Worklist and clicks on Release, a dialog will open where you can select a role user to release the opened task.
