Issue Description

When users access K2, they are repetitively prompted to retrieve IDAM tokens for authentication despite having a token stored in K2 Management > Authentication > OAuth > Tokens.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “Unable to authenticate token, token might be expired or not found”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP36 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP36 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
