An error occurs when a user with K2 workflow administration permissions attempts to release a work item in K2 Management.
The following error occurs: “User does not have Administrator access to this process”.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP5 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP5 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
