When you generate a list view based on a SmartObject with a file property, running the view and uploading a file results in an error.
The following error message occurs: “The file could not be uploaded. Unforeseen error occurred on the file upload, contact your administrator”.
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP6 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP6 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
