Workspace Tabs not showing

Issue

A few Workspace Tabs have disappeared from view. This includes the Management, Notification events and Security tabs.

Symptoms

The Workspace permissions start out as a blank slate. If no permission have been specified on the Security tab > Workspace permissions > Management > Management console > "Add user" setting, everyone has access to each tab once a user is added via the Security tab > Workspace permissions > Management > Management console >"You can add or remove users here" setting.

Troubleshooting Steps

The issue was resolved by doing the following:


1. Create a backup of the K2 Database

2. Run the following SQL Query, this will give all users access to all tabs in Workspace:

TRUNCATE TABLE [K2].[Workspace].[ActionPermission]

3. Restart the K2 Server
4. All users should now have access to all Workspace tabs.
