Unable to open Package & Deployment tool (K2 Cloud)

When trying to use the deployment tool for K2 Cloud, it seems to fail when you attempt to either create or deploy a package.
Symptoms
The following error can be seen once the tool is opened:
"Primary Credentials Not Authenticated. Session Not Authenticated"
Troubleshooting Steps
To resolve this issue:
- Open the Control panel on your computer and click on "User Accounts." Click on make changes to account in PC settings.
- Click on access "work" or "school" and the chances are you have more than one account in there.
- Here you will need to select the option "work" or "school account" that will be used to authenticate.
- You will need to disconnect the account that will not be used.
After this has been done you should be able to connect to the P&D tool and the error will no longer appear here.
