Opening existing Smartforms views and forms would redirect to the wrong Identity URL.

[OLD URL]/Identity/STS/...


When the bindings for the Smartforms Runtime and Designer sites have been changed, there is also a need to update the Identity URL. If this is not updated, the runtime views and forms will redirect to an incorrect Identity URL.

Troubleshooting Steps

Kindly update the Identity URL from the K2 Management Site:

  1. Open the K2 Management Site
  2. Go to Authentication > Claims > Issuers
  3. Update the URL for the K2 Windows STS and K2 Forms STS issuers
