"HTTP 404 not found" when clicking on View Flow

In Management, when clicking on a Workflow instance and then clicking View Flow, the following error appears because the URL is incorrect:


This issue could be caused due to an incorrect value set for the "Web Service URL SSL" or "SmartForms Designer SSL" environment fields.

Troubleshooting Steps

Correcting the value of the "Web Service URL SSL" and/or "SmartForms Designer SSL" environment fields and clearing the browser cache will resolve the issue.
