When trying to configure claims within the Management site, you are unable to access the user interface of the site.
The following error appears:
"Form 'com.K2.System.Management.Form.Management' Could not be found, or is not checked in."
It appears that the Management.kspx file did not complete deployment as it timed out. This can be confirmed by checking the install trace logs which can found here:
Program Files (x86) > K2 Blackpearl > Set up > Logs
To resolve this, deploy the Management.kspx file onto your environment. It can be located on the K2 root directory: Program Files x86 > K2 Blackpearl > Set Up.
You should now be able to navigate to the Managment site as per normal and access the Claims configuration settings, under the authentication category.
