When trying to "View Flow" on an item on the Worklist control in SmartForms, the error appears. But when going into the non-management side of K2 Workspace and drilling down to the process record, I can view the flow.
The issue was caused by an extra “/workspace” in the “Workspace URL” and the “Workspace URL SSL" String Table.
To resolve this error, remove “/workspace” from the field (shown above), from the String table and the Environment Fields.
Perform an IISReset.
