Issue

Users are unable to log in to SmartForms and the error appears:
"Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Symptoms

Some users couldn't log in when a client used Form authentication. This was caused by certain characters that users should avoid using in their passwords.

Resolution

To resolve and prevent this issue, users should avoid using these characters in their passwords:

1. Two commas (,,)

2. Semi-colon (;)

3. Equal sign (=)
