Opening an exported Survey App report (.CSV) in Notepad converts non-English characters to question marks

When you create a Survey App in K2 Workspace and open the exported report data (.CSV) in Notepad, non-English character are converted to question marks "???".


As per the screenshots below, the data is displayed incorrectly as question marks instead of Thai characters. 



Troubleshooting Steps

The issue has been fixed in K2 5.1 Fix Pack 31.
