In Outlook, Web Hyperlinks appear as plain text

Hyperlinks added to an email body, display as plain text in Outlook Web.


In Outlook Desktop, it will display the hyperlink as it is. In Outlook Web, it is not clickable (displays as plain text).

Troubleshooting Steps

To workaround this issue, you can use the 'Hyperlink' inline function in the email body as it shown below. (Context Browser> Functions > Text > Hyperlink).
