Issue

The K2 Connect Administration Tool can crash when performing a Test Connection.

Symptoms

When performing a Test Connection from the K2 Connect Administration Tools, the Tool could randomly close. No additional error can be found.

Troubleshooting Steps

The issue can be caused by missing NetWeaver RFC libraries in the following folders:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64
C:\Windows\System32

Adding the required NetWeaver RFC libraries in the appropriate folders will resolve the issue.

-libsapucum.dll
-sapnwrfc.dll
