Issue

A workflow that was on the Artifacts page in SharePoint is missing.

Please note these troubleshooting steps outlined here are for the Legacy Silverlight Designer only. 

Symptoms

The Workflow is missing from the K2 Artifacts page. The workflow can not be found in Designer either even when searched for. 

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Start by making sure the Workflow exists in the Designer.ProcessXML table. If it does, the issue is probably due to duplicates in a table.

2. Next, check the Designer.ProcessSharing table to see if the correct user is listed in the UserName column. Take a screenshot of this. If you are seeing the incorrect user for the specific workflow, please log a support ticket and attach a screenshot with an explanation of the issue and the workflow in question.
